Freedom Tree Village

Nestled in a peaceful forest setting, Freedom Tree Village offers hotel-quality lodging perfect for groups, retreats, and gatherings. Our two lodges, Dody House and Mirander Lodge, comfortably sleep 12–24 guests in heated and air-conditioned rooms, each with a private bathroom, cozy great rooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi. For meetings and events, the modern Hawkins Hospitality Center offers a bright, welcoming space for up to 30 people.

OUR LODGES

Dody House and Mirander Lodge 

Marander and Dody buildings can sleep 12-24 people total in fully heated/air conditioned bedrooms (each with their own bathroom). 

AMENITIES

Each building has 6 rooms - All rooms have 3-4 twin-sized beds.

Each building has a great room with couches, chairs, fireplace, TV (dvd & Roku with guest mode), hotel-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and more.

 

Bedding, towels and pillow provided.

High speed Internet / Wi-Fi

Outdoor cement patio and back bedrooms have decks.

PER ROOM RATES

Minimum of 2 rooms to reserve a building - No Minimum night stay.

Sunday - Thursday: 

$85/night for double occupancy 

$110/night for triple or quad occupancy

 

Friday - Saturday:

$105/night for double occupancy

$130/night for triple or quad occupancy

PROGRAM FEES

Hawkins Hospitality Center

Exclusive use of the Hospitality Center (meeting-room building) can be rented for an additional fee.

The Hospitality Center is a great modern space for around 30 at tables. It features a comfortable entryway with seating, large restrooms, comfortable meeting area and a large outdoor deck with tables off of the back. The main room has plenty of windows to take in the forest around the building.

AMENITIES

Each building has 6 rooms - All rooms have 3-4 twin-sized beds.

  • Portable sound system
  • 55″ LED TV on cart
  • *Drink service: Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, french vanilla coffee, cappuccino and water

FEES

Hawkins Hospitality Center is available for either half or full days. Any use over 4 hours is charged for a full day.
  • $150.00 for full day use.
  • $100 for partial day (4 hrs. or less).
  • Additional $2 per person convenience fee. (Includes drink station* and custom setup)
  • Small (non-commercial) kitchen for cooking is available for $250 per day (includes main room fee).
